The Naples Concert Band’s Holiday Concert

The Naples Concert Band - Holiday Concert in Cambier parkCelebrating 42 years, the Naples Concert Band is bringing some jazz, swing and American big band sounds to Cambier Park’s Bandshell on December 1 at 2 p.m. The third installment of NCB’s 2013-2014 season, the bandshell will come alive with swinging tunes to ring-in the season with a full repertoire of holiday classics.

 

Among some of the holiday standards, including “Silent Night,” “White Christmas,” “A Chanukah Celebration” and “Rejoice,” a few festive songs will be thrown into the mix. Special guests, The Bay Singers, Nancy Wiley and Jenny Bintliff will add a vocal edge to the big band direction, while a few songs will even ask for a little audience participation to shore-up the chorus.

  • Guests are encouraged to arrive early with lawn chairs and blankets for seating.
