3 ounces Old Overholt rye
7 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Herbsaint
Rinse glass with Herbsaint
Build cocktail in shaker, stir and strain into Rubi-tini glass
Garnish with long lemon twist
