The Grill Room at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples offers sophisticated, handcrafted cocktails that are as much a salute to the bartender as to the ingredients, including the Sazerac Cocktail, which debuted in New Orleans in 1860.
3 ounces Old Overholt rye
7 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Herbsaint
Rinse glass with Herbsaint
Build cocktail in shaker, stir and strain into Rubi-tini glass
Garnish with long lemon twist
