Food & Thought Organic Market and RestaurantGoing Green has become a whole easier when looking for that early morning pick-me-up. For a wholly organic experience and a truly great cup of joe, Food & Thought Organic Market & Restaurant serves it up piping hot. With specialty drinks like espresso, latte and cappuccino, assorted teas and smoothies, a trip to the coffee/smoothie bar is a must, even if you are not a health nut. All the coffee is Jim’s Organic Coffee and made with R/O filtered water—you cannot find a more ecologically aware cup in Naples. Jojoka Coffee Roasters - Naples Best Cup of CoffeeProbably the freshest cup this side of the Everglades, Jojoka Coffee roasters will make anyone a believer. Importing beans handpicked from all over the world, Jojoka roasts them on premise, ensuring the freshest cup around. Straight black is a delight, especially when it is a cup of the Guatemalan beans imported directly from owner/operator Johann P. Saurbier’s family plantation. Also available: espresso, latte, cappuccino and flavored roasts. Belly up to the small coffee bar that shares space with Jojoka’s roasting facilities and enjoy freshly roasted, freshly ground beans in the way coffee was supposed to be enjoyed. 5630 Yahl St., No. 3, 239-591-0663

Neighborhood Cafe - Olde NaplesThe best kept secret and friendliest café in town takes on the embodiment of Naples’ old school neighborhood mentality. The small bistro in the heart of Old Naples, the Neighborhood Café, takes a page straight out of a Barcelona street cafe, where passersby and regulars are welcomed with open arms, each treated like family as they step through the door. Part restaurant, coffee bar and eclectic boutique, the Neighborhood Café is a self serve style coffee bar. The place itself is decorated to the brim with racing bibs from the Barneto families’ racing exploits, and has an array of dresses for sale at the front of the store. One of the true treats at the Neighborhood Café, aside from the jovial atmosphere and the quick friendships you will make, are the fresh fruit crepes—delicious, and a perfect match with a freshly brewed cup of coffee.

1183 8th St. S. (at Crayton Cove), 239-262-6002

Bad Ass CoffeeFor coffee with an attitude, head to Third Street South’s hip coffee shop Bad Ass Coffee. Specializing in a delicious variety of coffee concoctions including the standards, latte, espresso and cappuccino, Bad Ass breaks the mold with some flavored fan favorites like the Snickerlicious, Kreme de Kona, Monkey Mocha and Bad Ass Mocha. For the coffee itself, it is all about the Big Island of Hawaii, more specifically the North and South Kona districts where the slopes of Hualalai and Mauna Loa deliver some of the tastiest Arabica beans on the planet. And on those hot, dog days of summer, Bad Ass has a choice menu of iced favorites. 1307 3rd St. S., 239-213-0527

5th Ave. Coffee CompanyLocation, location, location! You can’t beat 5th Avenue Coffee Company. Snuggled along the busiest thoroughfare in Naples, the only things that bests 5th Ave. Coffee Co.’s location is the coffee. A popular stop anytime, day or night, finding someone sipping on an espresso, latte or cappuccino while sitting at the al fresco café along the sidewalk is a given. And if it is not the scent of freshly brewed coffee that leads foot traffic to the counter, it is the Pied Piper scent of the freshly baked goods. The frothy cappuccino is a local favorite and one of the best in town, while the mocha cappuccino will serve the fix for both your caffeine and chocolate cravings. 599 5th Ave. S., 239-261-5757

Chrissy's BayfrontTucked along the beautiful Bayfront Place, Chrissy’s keeps bringing people back. Located in the European-esque neighborhood, Chrissy’s has quickly formed a dedicated following of residence and visitors as their go-to breakfast spot and lunchtime hideaway. The laid- back atmosphere gives the place an air of the French Riviera, while sitting in the heart of Naples. The coffee is exceptional, especially when served with one of Chrissy’s famous omelets or the rich Croissant “Caramel” French Toast, c’est magnifique. 369 Bayfront Place, 239-353-4444
