Celebrate the start of the gala season at the fifty-seventh annual NCH Hospital Ball, the longest-running gala in town, November 14 at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. A classic evening of dinner, dancing, and entertainment, this year’s ball will be chaired by Kim and Jan Kantor, longtime supporters of the NCH Healthcare Foundation. The proceeds of the night will support the hospital’s stroke program, specifically, the implementation of a specialized technology known as a biplane in the North Naples hospital. “We’re really the only comprehensive stroke relief provider in Collier County, so our volume has gone up,” says Julie Pedretti, director of development at the NCH Healthcare Foundation. “We installed a biplane in our downtown hospital last year, but we want to be able to provide the same service in our northern hospital.”
