Who doesn’t love pizza? Sentiments Barbatella and Executive Chef Dario Leo live by. Proving this point, Barbatella’s final course of its summer cooking school program is all about those cheesy, doughy disks of goodness: pizza!
On October 11, beginning at 11:30 a.m. class begins with Chef Dario going through the finer points of pizza construction, from the ingredients in the fresh dough, to the perfect toppings for the perfect pie. Following the pizza tutelage, students will be treated to a two-course lunch, dessert, and a seemingly endless supply of wine and Prosecco.
