DiLido Beach Club at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach is grilling up Burgers on the Boardwalk, giving guests the opportunity to sample one of the Burger Bash featured burgers and get a glimpse of the Festival action in the oceanfront tents beyond the hotel, using the hotel’s high-tech telescopes.
On Friday, February 24, 4 to 10 pm, Chef Andrew Balick, who is representing the hotel in the Burger Bash with a lamb burger, will also present a lineup of fab burgers at DiLido. One is a dessert version, by hotel pastry chef Jason Morale, with mango, chocolate and coconut. Can’t wait to take a bite of that one …
