We all love Burger Bash at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. But let’s face it—tickets aren’t that easy to come by. The event is practically always sold out. Here’s the next best thing.
DiLido Beach Club at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach is grilling up Burgers on the Boardwalk, giving guests the opportunity to sample one of the Burger Bash featured burgers and get a glimpse of the Festival action in the oceanfront tents beyond the hotel, using the hotel’s high-tech telescopes.
On Friday, February 24, 4 to 10 pm, Chef Andrew Balick, who is representing the hotel in the Burger Bash with a lamb burger, will also present a lineup of fab burgers at DiLido. One is a dessert version, by hotel pastry chef Jason Morale, with mango, chocolate and coconut. Can’t wait to take a bite of that one …
