From sips to keep you warm to a Founding Father’s boozy recipe, we’re offering an array of cocktails to imbibe this winter season.
The Whiskey Brûlé, created by the team at Lurcat Catering, is made with equal parts whiskey, ginger beer, and orange juice, but the real standout in this cocktail is the garnish. A brûléed orange slice, made by dusting a thin orange slice with sugar on both sides then searing it in a pan, adds a bit of sweetness and a rich scent to be savored with every sip.
