“A ‘Local’ Taste of Fall: James Beard Benefit Dinner

Award-winning Executive Chef, Jeff Mitchell will be hosting a Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner at The Local on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 starting at 6:30pm.

Themed “A ‘Local’ Taste of Fall,” the dinner will feature six courses each paired with carefully hand-selected wines from Qupe.
Chef Jeff will begin the evening with a Champagne Reception, including six bite size appetizers, followed by a five-course farm and sea to table dinner consisting of Soup, Salad, Pasta, Entreé, and Dessert.
Guest of Honor, Nick Batty, follows the same philosophy as Chef Jeff and is impassioned by organically grown products and sustainable agricultural practices.
A portion of the proceeds from the evening will fund the James Beard Foundation in New York City and the James Beard Foundation Impact Programs.
