Chef Asif Syed (known from his appearances on the Food Network) would like to invite you to a culinary journey through India. Get a glance of modern Indian cuisine with our cooking class on April 7th at 21 Spices by Chef Asif at 11am. You will have the opportunity to learn culinary tricks and recipes from Chef Asif and witness his craft while creating an authentic Indian 3 course menu.
The following dishes will be showcased:
Tandoori Paneer Skewers –
Tandoori Marinated paneer cheese, peppers, onions, char grilled
Coconut Chicken Korma –
With basmati saffron rice
Saffron marinated diced chicken, coconut, cumin, mint & cilantro
Gulab Jamun –
Indian donuts, eggless custard
