Imagine Solutions “Putin & Russia: Friend or Foe?” Virtual Seminar with Guest Expert William Courtney

In this informative and topical virtual seminar, William Courtney, an expert on Russia who is currently an adjunct senior fellow at the RAND Corporation, the executive director of the RAND Business Leaders Forum and the board chair of the Eurasia Foundation, will present an overview of the many facets of Russia, from its recent history to its economy, military, political leadership, foreign policy strategies and its major influence in the world.

Courtney holds a Ph.D. in economics from Brown University and served as a former ambassador to Georgia, as a former senior director for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasian affairs and as a former co-chair of the U.S. delegation on safety, security and dismantlement of nuclear weapons. He will address questions such as: Is Russia a friend or foe? Why? And why should we be concerned?
