National Estuaries September Celebration

Rediscover Rookery Bay throughout the month of September. Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve and reserves around the country celebrate the importance of estuaries (where rivers meet the sea) with special activities for all ages on-site at the Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center and with discounts on eco-tours by boat and kayak led by biologists. It will culminate with a big celebration at the Environmental Learning Center on Saturday, September 25, 2021, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
