Open to Members of the PASWFL (It’s free to become a member) and their Care Partners and Family only, Pre- Registration Required. (Register by 4pm on the Monday before the session)
Be among the first to take part in this new class offered through the PASWFL. Inspired by the Dance for PD® model from the Mark Morris Dance Company, this transformative program uses music and guided movement to improve strength, balance, coordination, and connection.
Designed for all levels and abilities, this seated class offers a joyful, empowering way for people living with Parkinson’s to stay active and engaged.
About the facilitator: Mitzi Montgomery brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and creative movement to her work with people living with Parkinson’s disease. She is trained through the Dance for PD® certification program, developed by the Mark Morris Dance Group, a globally recognized leader in movement programs for individuals with PD.
