You’re invited to an elegant outdoor evening at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples featuring Rare Champagne of Reims and Opus One Winery. The night begins with a vintage Rare 2008 Champagne reception poured from magnum, followed by an al fresco dinner at Sofra with a Michelin‑starred tasting menu by Executive Chef Efe Salar.
Guests will enjoy a guided lateral tasting of Opus One library vintages (2009, 2014, 2018) served from double‑magnums, alongside continuous imported caviar service from The Rare Tea Cellar. An evening of exceptional wines, refined cuisine, and elevated camaraderie beneath the Naples night sky.
