Sawgrass to Sea Lager Launch Party

The Alliance for Florida’s National Parks and Ankrolab Brewing Company are teaming up to create Sawgrass to Sea Lager, a limited-edition beer to benefit Florida’s national parks!

Sawgrass to Sea Lager will make its debut on Thursday, October 7, with a launch party at Ankrolab Brewing Company. For every pint of the beer sold during the event – and through the entire lifetime of the kegs – $1 dollar will be donated to The Alliance for Florida’s National Parks. The money raised from Sawgrass to Sea Lager will help to fund programs that connect communities to Florida’s national parks and that help to ensure that Florida remains wild, natural, and – most importantly – accessible.

The name Sawgrass to Sea Lager represents the expansive reach of the greater Everglades ecosystem and the many diverse habitats that can be found within. The cherished waters of our state that originate in central Florida must traverse hundreds of miles through sawgrass prairies – as well as cypress domes, hardwood hammocks, pinelands, and mangrove marshes – before reaching their final destination of Florida Bay and beyond into the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean.
