Sunset Yoga at Naples Grande Beach Resort

Celebrate National Yoga Month this September at Naples Grande Beach Resort with free yoga classes for all. The resort will be hosting a complimentary sunrise and sunset yoga class open to looking for a little extra Zen this month.

Feel the warmth from rays of the afternoon sun during sunset yoga on Saturday, September 21st at 5:00pm. This class will tone and stretch the muscles through a fusion of vinyasa movements and static asanas. The class is open to all levels and will last 50 minutes.
