Swamp Wander at Clyde Butcher’s Big Cypress Gallery

Join Clyde and Niki Butcher for Swamp Wander, a free community event celebrating art, nature and conservation on Saturday November 1 from 9 AM to 3 PM. Enjoy a book signing, hear talks from Clyde and Betty Osceola and learn about the Big Cypress National Preserve with engaging educational booths hosted by Big Cypress Rangers and local conservation partners. Food will be available on-site.
Want to add to your adventure? Guided swamp walks will be offered all day – from family friendly shallow walks to immersive classic and VIP experiences. Reservations are required, and proceeds support Friends of Big Cypress National Preserve and the Swamp Water and Me Program (S.W.A.M.P.) helping local students experience the swamp firsthand.
Overflow parking is at the Oasis Visitor Center with a free shuttle service running all day.
