The United Sommeliers Foundation Presents The Legacy Dinner Series

The one-of-a kind evening under the Naples stars at the Ritz-Carlton begins at 6:00PM with a vintage Champagne reception co-hosted by USF Co-Founder and President Cristie Norman of Delilah Las Vegas and Rare Champagne’s Director of Luxury and USF Treasurer Philippe Andre featuring the legendary vintage 2008 by Rare Champagne served from magnum!
Reception is followed by an Al fresco table under the Naples moonlight at the award winning Sofra restaurant with a curated tasting menu by Michelin Star Executive Chef Efe Salar.
As dinner commences, guests will enjoy three library vintages (2009, 2014 and 2018) of Opus One each poured from Double-Magnum presented by Opus One Vice President, Scott Gould and Southeast Director Frank Markovich. The Opus One team will showcase a lateral tasting of 3 Liters from their historic cellar led by USF Co-Founder, Master Sommelier and Opus One Northwest Director Chris Blanchard.
Special culinary guest Rod Marckus, CEO and Master Curator of The Rare Tea Cellar will be providing endless imported caviar throughout the night!
Guests are invited to bring a large format bottle from their collections to share at their discretion, creating an evening of discovery and celebration among fellow connoisseurs.
This will be an outdoor event, please dress to shine with us under the stars.
