Florida Lobster Roll

Simple and tasty, the Florida Lobster Roll is the perfect bite for the dock after a day of diving.

 

Florida Lobster Roll

Yields 4 servings

  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon prepared Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  •  Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 croissant rolls, sliced
  •  Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

Method:

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire, onion and celery in a medium bowl. Gently add lobster and almonds. Add salt and pepper to taste. To serve, fill croissants with lobster mixture. Add shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
