Bahama Sangarita
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 parts Maestro Dobel Diamante tequila
- 1 part Cointreau
- 2 parts scratch sour mix
- 1/2 part lime juice
- 1 part red wine float (use Cabernet Sauvignon)
Instructions:
Build in a mixing glass using all ingredients except red wine, add ice, shake to mix, strain into a wine glass over ice. Gently top with a red wine float.

Cocktail from Café & Bar Lurcat
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Deep Eddy Grapefruit Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- Splash simple syrup (less than 1/4 oz.)
- 1 ounce fresh white grapefruit juice
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients and double strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass.

Floridian Dreams

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Jasmine pearl-infused Ketel One vodka
- 1 oz. Mandarin Napoléon liqueur
- 1 oz. fresh orange juice
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 bar-spoon apricot brandy
- Dash egg white
- Dash Peychaud’s bitters
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients, fine-strain into chilled martini glass, garnish, and spritz with jasmine water.

Pom Paradise Martini

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz. D’ussé Cognac
- 1 oz. Carpano Antica vermouth
- 3/4 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 chai simple syrup**
- 3/4 oz. pomegranate juice
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Shake and strain in to a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
**Chai simple syrup: 1 part chai tea-infused water and 1 part sugar
