The Ritz-Carlton’s Terrazza restaurant (239-598-3300) presents its popular breakfast every day (7 to 11:30 a.m.), with extended hours on Sunday (7 a.m. to 1 p.m.). The buffet consists of an omelet bar, a waffle bar, seasonal fresh fruits, house-made pastries, house-smoked salmon and an array of breakfast dishes and sides, such as eggs Benedict and pancakes. You can also order à la carte. On Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, the resort spreads an extended brunch buffet in the Ritz-Carlton Ballroom. Additionally, starting January 3, The Ritz adds another brunch option in its lobby restaurant, Bites, with a tapas-style twist on the classic brunch on weekends. The new à la carte menu includes huevos rancheros with chorizo, granola pancake sliders, and egg and crab with hollandaise.
