The lunch and dinner menus serve up eight pasta dishes—four of them with dry pasta, the rest with homemade fresh pasta. Upon a foundation of the best possible pasta, Campiello builds such appetite tantalizers as pappardelle with braised veal and tomato, tagliatelle with spicy lamb sausage Bolognese, cavatelli with Molise country pork ragù and veal cappellacci with Marsala wine and foie gras butter.
