JR Nocera is coming to an end of a third generation and getting ready to hand the torches—or spray guns—to his children. After a 52-year run, Nocera’s younger children will be taking over the business that started with his grandfather, Gino Nocera, continued with his father, John Nocera, and reverted to JR Nocera. As AJ and Nicolas Nocera take the helm, JR will still be around the business watching the children. After 43 years of running the business, he’s pleased to hang up the torches and that family will continue to run the shop.
