Hibiscus Key Lime Cocktail
A surprising mix of sweet and tart dominates Tommy Bahama’s Hibiscus Key Lime Cocktail, a surefire classic in the making. The hibiscus syrup and pineapple give the drink a strong, sweet base that is cut by the Key lime and Cointreau, making for a refreshing and lively drink that is perfect for the summer.
- 1 ½ oz. vodka
- ½ oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. hibiscus syrup
- 1 oz. hand-pressed Key lime juice
- 5 cubes muddled fresh pineapple
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
Shake well over ice. Pour into a tall Collins glass. Garnish with three Key lime wheels and a small hibiscus.
