Brian Bozza, MD

A native of Dayton, Ohio, Dr. Brian Bozza began his academic journey at North Carolina State University, graduating with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in zoology. His passion for medicine led him back to Dayton, where he attended Wright State University School of Medicine, an institution known for cultivating skilled and compassionate primary care physicians.

Dr. Bozza completed his family medicine residency at the Center for Family Medicine at Fairview Hospital in Cleveland. There, he developed a deep understanding of comprehensive patient care, refining the skills that would define his career.

In 2000, Dr. Bozza relocated to Naples, Florida, where he founded North Naples Family Care, dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare to individuals and families. While he has since transitioned from traditional family medicine, his unwavering commitment to patient care remains at the heart of his practice. From 2018 to 2024, he served as medical director at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), overseeing patient care for all students and demonstrating steadfast leadership at the Student Health Center. He continues to support the university as a trusted physician and medical consultant.

Today, Dr. Bozza focuses on men’s wellness and medically supervised weight reduction, recognizing the profound impact of weight management on overall health. His personalized approach empowers patients to achieve sustainable, effective weight loss and long-term well-being. At Nuviva Medical Weight Loss Clinic of Naples, Dr. Bozza provides innovative, compassionate care, committed to helping patients transform their health and quality of life.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Bozza serves as the medical director for the South College physician assistant program in Orlando, where he plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals. Holding active medical licenses in Florida, Ohio, and North Carolina, and board certification in family medicine, he remains dedicated to upholding the highest standards of medical excellence.

When not working, Dr. Bozza enjoys spending time with his wife, his three boys (men), and their dog Cocoa. He also takes pleasure playing guitar and writing and recording music.
