Chef Keith Casey’s sophisticated renditions of American classics, like the Zinfandel braised short ribs pictured here, lure diners to his intimate boîte, KC American Bistro in North Naples. But like any successful business owner, he sought ways to grow, and this month marks an expansion tripling the size of his dining room. The menu will stay the same, and the only difference is that you’ll have less of a wait for one of the coveted tables.
