Darlenn G. Ayan

Founded in 2003 by Dr. Darlenn G. Ayan, Ayan Dentistry was born from a desire to create a dental practice she would be proud to visit herself—a practice that prioritized people over policies, one free from insurance-driven decisions and quotas. Her focus was and still is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care rooted in compassion and integrity.

From its original location at the bustling “Four Corners” of Fifth Avenue South and 41, Ayan Dentistry has grown significantly. The practice recently moved to a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility just minutes away, offering a coastal, serene atmosphere paired with the latest in dental technology. Every detail of the new space was designed to elevate patient comfort and deliver an exceptional dental care experience.

Dr. Ayan is a proud graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry and a lifelong learner. She has pursued advanced training at premier institutions such as The Pankey Institute, Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies, Spear Education, and is a visiting faculty member at CDOCS (CEREC Doctors). Dr. Ayan is a master of the Academy of General Dentistry—an honor held by fewer than 2 percent of dentists nationwide—and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Her leadership includes serving as president of the Southeast Florida Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and as the current public information officer for the Florida AGD.

Joining her is Naples native Dr. Alexis Diaczynsky, who brings a strong academic and clinical background. She holds a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida, earned her dental degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and completed a general practice residency at UNC-Chapel Hill. She is actively involved in local dental leadership and served as president of the Collier County Dental Association from 2023–2024. Dr. Diaczynsky is following in Dr. Ayan’s footsteps and becoming deeply immersed in continuing education and the world of digital dentistry.

Together, Dr. Ayan and Dr. Diaczynsky are redefining the dental experience—combining clinical excellence with a genuine commitment to treating patients like family. Ayan Dentistry is currently welcoming new patients and invites you to experience dentistry at its finest.
