Profile
Dr. George Mantikas earned a B.S. in biology from St. John’s University with dual minors in chemistry and business. He graduated with honors from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. His practice in Naples draws patients from a wide area because he always aims to be on the cutting edge of dentistry through the latest technology and procedures. His focus is on the connection between patients’ oral health and their overall health. While an issue that more dentists and physicians today are working on together, it has been on Dr. Mantikas’s radar for many years. “The connection has really taken off in the last few years,” he says. “Dental health is an indicator of overall health. If you have inflammation in your gums, you have it in your body”. Dr. Mantikas’s approach to dentistry is a combination of prevention as well as
working with patients to achieve optimal oral health. He maintains the highest standards because “every patient deserves the best possible treatment available to them.” He provides comprehensive dentistry in a warm, caring environment.
