A proud Naples native, Dr. Anika Fernandez brings a deep commitment to her community and a passion for delivering personalized, evidence-based care. She began her academic journey at Florida State University, earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean, and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Miami.

Throughout her medical training, Dr. Fernandez distinguished herself through research excellence, earning multiple awards for her academic contributions, published work, and oral presentations. She is board certified in internal medicine and recognized for her patient-centered approach that blends clinical expertise with compassion and attentive listening.

Dr. Fernandez emphasizes preventive care and wellness, working collaboratively with her patients to develop individualized treatment plans that support long-term health and vitality.
