Todd B. Allen is a Naples, Florida, attorney practicing in litigation, real estate, and condominium and homeowners’ association representation. A graduate of Brigham Young University, he earned a political science degree and was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha. Allen atteneded Ave Maria School of Law before joining the Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for Florida’s Southern and Middle Districts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Early in his career, Allen represented homeowners facing foreclosure across Collier and Lee counties during the foreclosure crisis, work that drew coverage from Fortune, USA Today, Time, Housing Wire, and The Huffington Post, plus appearances on MSNBC, Fox News, and a segment on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart called “The Forecloser.”
In 2014, Allen partnered with Joseph Lindsay to found Lindsay & Allen, PLLC, later expanding in 2020 with Gulf Coast Title Services, LLC. When Lindsay retired in May 2025, Allen rebranded the firm as Gulf Coast Counsel, where he now serves as managing partner.
