One distillery, one night, and a progression built to show it off. On Wednesday, October 28, Acqua Bistecca Estero Bay hosts an evening with Buffalo Trace Distillery, moving through multiple expressions of their most sought-after bourbons, Blanton’s, Eagle Rare and E.H. Taylor. Each course brings two expressions of the same bourbon, one poured neat and one in a cocktail built for the dish in front of you. Dinner closes the way it should, with Chef Mina’s own single barrel of Sazerac Rye, hand selected by our team and bottled at 100 proof. It’s an intimate evening and seats are extremely limited, so reserve yours today.
