The Founder’s Market and Bistro will be much more than just your local eatery. Focused on building an environment where patrons feel proud to support a local business that offers a seasonal Field-to-Plate menu with help from many local craft farmers.
The Founders Bistro, located at 7941 Airport-Pulling Road in Naples, will offer a casual fine-dining experience with highly curated flavors and ingredients to excite epicureans.
The restaurant, which boasts 165 seats, offers plenty of space for its eclectic indoor dining area, private “Chefs Office” dining room experience, and an incredible indoor/outdoor speakeasy-style bar.
The bistro will be full-service, offering dinner as well as after-hours plates for late-night diner’s and hospitality workers until 1:30am. The extensive and flexible menu of curated artisan items will be prepared from scratch, giving all patrons personalized meals with their dietary needs in mind.
“Our goal with this endeavor is to provide nourishment for both body and soul while offering peace of mind and a sense of belonging to our patrons,” said co-founder and executive chef Don Splain.
Beyond the main dining room, world-ranked mixologists will serve spirits and craft cocktails fit for all patrons until 2 am, including those who prefer traditional beverages and others open to new concepts.
The well-rounded spirits program will also include hand-cut ice, artisanal bitters, and intentionally sourced seasonal ingredients. No expense will be spared for our guests – even soda will be bottled and imported (rather than using the standard soda gun).
