Move. Connect. Nourish. Join Food & Thought 2 in North Naples for Rise & Thrive, a weekly wellness series designed to help attendees start the weekend energized and refreshed. Each Saturday features a guided fitness experience led by a local instructor, a welcome juice shot, a post-workout smoothie social and more. Admission is $10. Brunch specials are available exclusively to attendees following the workout.
