Curtis Cassner is a Florida board-certified wills, trusts and estates attorney, a certified tax attorney and is a certified public accountant. Cassner provides counsel on advanced estate planning, charitable giving, and individual tax planning. He also advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries on various probate and trust matters and related litigation claims.
He is past chair of the Florida Bar Wills, Trusts & Estate Certification Committee and currently chairs the Florida Bar Tax Certification Committee. He is past chair and current board member of NAMI of Collier County. He has been a United Way of Collier County board member and an advisory board member for Legal Aid Services of Collier County.
Cassner has a JD and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University, in addition to a BBA from the University of Cincinnati. He received his undergraduate and advanced degrees after receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force. He is married to Peggy Kelley Cassner, a successful Naples interior designer at Linen Coast, Inc. They have been married for 43 years and have four children.
