There’s a lot of buzz in the air over the much anticipated Friday opening of H&M at The Gardens Mall, and I’ll be quite giddy if this newest outpost will be carrying the upcoming Lanvin exclusive for H&M capsule collection. Stay tuned to Les Luxes, I’ll either find out Thursday at H&M’s pre-opening party, or come November 23rd when the collection arrives in stores. Get out our shopping lists ladies, here’s a sneak peek at what the collection has to offer.
For women there are dresses of breathtaking cut and joyful colour, as well as pieces full of Parisian glamour and accessories with playful joie de vivre.
“What does luxury mean today? Can luxury be exclusive and democratic at the same time? How can we translate the essence of luxury to a wider audience? The world around us is changing rapidly and I find myself asking these questions more and more. Designer’s work is usually tailored to a very small group of people, but the collection for H&M was about trying to translate the dream of luxury to the masses.
