The Artists’ Studio Tour, an annual outing conducted by The Baker Museum Friends of Art, gives art aficionados the opportunity to witness up-close how eight acclaimed local artists work. Attendees mingle with the artists in their homes and studios and can purchase works. The tour, now in its nineteenth year, takes place on two days: Sunday, March 9 (includes refreshments) or Monday, March 10 (includes lunch). A two-day patron package is also offered. The artists are Cori Scheft, David Coolidge, Maryann Scandiffio, Paul Arsenault, Dixie Whatley, Joyce Norwood, Gareth Rockliffe and Jan Soderquist.
Friends of Art is a support group for the visual arts programs of Artis—Naples. The group’s events raise funds to underwrite exhibitions, sponsor lectures and support education efforts of The Baker Museum.
- Tickets for Sunday, March 9, cost $50 and includes light refreshments. Admission on Monday, March 10, costs $65, which includes lunch. The two-day patron package costs $150.
