Expect fine, imported, and homemade ingredients on the wood-fired pizzas, such as speck and olivada on The Pig; fingerling potatoes, pancetta, fried egg, pecorino, and red onion on the Lucy; and lamb sausage with ricotta, spring onions, and chile on the Mary.
