Organically Twisted Opens Café

Devotees of the imaginative fare served by chef John Hart in his Organically Twisted food truck no longer need track down the meals on wheels to enjoy his creations. Hart recently opened a storefront café in the Marquesa Plaza on Livingston Road. The spare decor and groovy tunes filling the space reflect the laid-back vibe of Hart’s meals, all of which are rolled in a wrap or served in a bowl. The menu changes according to the fresh ingredients Hart can source, but some outstanding items usually offered include a Guammus Cone filled with blended guacamole and hummus plus fresh veggies, Curry in a Hurry with curried chicken salad, and sweets like Mama’s pumpkin bread and gluten-free chocolate cupcakes with vanilla bean buttercream. Fans of the mobile eatery, no worries—the truck still hits the road on Fridays and for special events.
