The award-winning mixologists from The Ritz-Carlton, Naples will shake things up with the bar team from The Tampa Edition’s Punch Room during an evening of mixology mastery on February 27 at 8 p.m. This pop-up event brings the best of the Punch Room to the cocktail bar at Dusk, the resort’s Asian-fusion dining room.
In addition to Dusk’s sushi lounge menu, Punch Room mixologists will present a curated selection of cocktails from their home bar. The evening’s team includes Punch Room Director Tural Hasanov, named 2020 “Mixologist of the Year” and author of Distilled, My Encyclopedia of Beverages; Nihat Çam, the senior food and beverage manager for The Tampa Edition; and elebrated Ritz-Carlton mixologist Jean-Pierre “JP” Belonni Rosario.
The Punch Room pop-up menu includes: the Door’s Always Open, with Sailor Jerry Spiced, Balvenie 14-Year Caribbean Cask, pineapple, Drambuie, orange tea, coconut, and milk; the Le Fruit de la Passion, with Milagro Reposado, Hagave Spiced Nectar, passion fruit, blood orange, pink grapefruit, and sea salt; the Sari, with Hendrick’s Flora Adora, Italicus, Kaffir lime, lemon cordial, and prosecco; the Avant-Garde, with Glenfiddich 12-Year Sherry Cask, 6 O’Clock Sloe Gin, Crème De Cacao, and Perrier; and the Cigar City, with Glenfiddich 15-Year, signature triple “C” syrup, and aromatic bitters.
DJ Daniel Buckman of Bellosound and Naples’ own DJ Dayve will perform throughout the evening. A limited number of complimentary passes are available on Eventbrite.
