Dr. Debra L. Bailey established Annapolis Dermatology Center in 1991 and developed it into a multifaceted practice of nine physicians. She’s published articles in peer-reviewed literature, written a chapter in Clinical Dermatology, and received Maryland Governor Larry Hogan’s Citation of Excellence. Dr. Bailey moved to Naples in 2015 and founded High Tide Dermatology Center. She specializes in complicated skin disorders and radiation therapy for skin cancer.
